I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and spacious, plus the fabulous air conditioning was a major bonus, especially in the heat. The hotel was very basic but had a refrigerator and microwave, which we didn't use. The location was superb, just a few blocks away from Playa Norte beach and within a short walking distance from the Ultramar ferry terminal. It was without the high beach hotel price tag, making it a great value for money.

The service was mature and understated. Although there was a minor issue that couldn't be fixed during our stay, it was unfortunate as it was one of the attractions to book the room. However, a friend who owns Sunset Grill got in touch with the owner, showing their dedication.

The hotel is perfectly situated, very close to North beach and within a short walk to downtown and the beautiful North Beach of Isla. I would probably ask for a backside room next time for even more tranquility.

The dining experience should definitely be improved. The breakfast was limited, with only white old bread and some brown bananas, which wasn't enough for all guests. Additionally, the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy.

The facilities were decent but could use some enhancements, especially in the dining area and noise insulation for the street-facing rooms. However, the overall experience was still pleasant.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were spotless and had amazing air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful and gracious staff. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the ferry dock and all the action on Hidalgo Street. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired, and the lack of breakfast was a downside. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
